Refund Policy

This policy covers Machbaro subscriptions. It does not cover orders placed by guests at a hospitality venue — those are the venue's own business.

Before the first payment

Machbaro starts with a free 7-day trial. No payment card is required and nothing is charged during that time. The trial exists so the service can be evaluated in full before any payment is made.

Cancellation

The subscription can be cancelled at any time. Access remains until the end of the billing period already paid for and ends after that.

No pro-rata refund is offered for the unused part of the current period, except where required by applicable law.

Once access ends, the venue's data is preserved. If a subscription is taken out again later, full access returns.

Statutory rights

Mandatory rights available to the buyer under applicable law remain unaffected and are not limited by this policy.

Handled by Paddle

Paddle is the Merchant of Record for Machbaro subscriptions. Payments, invoices and refunds are therefore processed by Paddle, and a refund is returned to the original payment method.

Write to support@machbaro.com with the account's email address, the name of the venue and the billing period or invoice number concerned.
